Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@sanjuanmountainadventures.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item (if applicable).
- Prepare Your Return:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in original condition to ensure full credit.
- Ship Your Return:
- Affix the return label provided by our customer service to the package.
- Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier or arrange for a pickup.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Refunds

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
